I have tried all that folks have suggested and nothing's worked despite some of the solutions sounding obvious. Best I get now is the title/artist of the album prints in the "browse artwork" screen but no pictures. The capability to display the cover art seems to be hosed permanently. All these musicserver softwares (I use Twonky also sometimes) are so not ready for prime time. I'm leaving well enough alone. I don't need to see the cute thumbnails - I know who does what album! It would be nice if things worked properly just based on making choices on pulldowns, etc.
I'd rather not break the basic program functionality by playing in the linux stuff (I have it running on a NAS and don't want or need to have my PC on to stream music). The program streams ok so I'm leaving it at that.
