All of that should come with Logitech. They're one of the high end aftermarket peripheral companies IMV. Their current audio kit might not be aimed at the high end but that can change and the Harmony remotes are most definitely aimed at high end AV.
The Harmony remotes are excellent and the potential for integration between Harmony and SB is huge.
