Thanks Diana, I really appreciate the time you gave me on this. I have tried the latest releases (up to a couple of days ago) and each time I fully deleted the slimserver folder.
@Skunk, unfortunately I don't have a spare computer. I am very hesitant to go back to v6.3. With this version, there was so much lag using the remote to choose tracks, that the slimserver was pretty much useless. At least with 6.5 I can use it once I start it manually.
