Hello Peter, Thanks you so much for the information. I understand what you're saying with your "Acrobat" analogy - but SOMEONE has to create the content, don't they? I am at the stage where I need to create some content for the SqueezeBox (SoftSqueeze in my case). Yet, there is no provision for doing this within the "product". I appreciate you telling me about dbPowerAMP. It looks just what I was looking for, so I will give that a try this evening. Maybe bundling something like dbPowerAMP (or similar) would be a nice idea for starters. It looks as though it runs on both Windows and Linux.
