Me personally I'm rather reluctant to updating to the latest and greatest - especially when my hardware wouldn't support it :-). There are always early problems, incompatibilities etc. to be fixed before using these latest systems really is a "Wow" experience. But that waiting moment is my personal choice. And keep in mind that Vista != Vista. I couldn't work with the Home Edition (neither basic nor "ultimate"), and Pro comes without DVD decoder...
