Sidule has posted this link in several threads recently: http://www.joejaworski.com/m3u/. I downloaded and used on her recommendation, and it worked perfectly. However, I have had to tweak my playlists since then and used a regular editor for that task which would also worked with Find & Replace for the directories.
I have been curious since seeing a mention of dynamic plalists but have not pursued it as of yet.
