Another vote for the Tannoy's. The dual concentric design they are famous for makes them deal for in-ceiling mounting. They have the widest off-axis dispersion available, this makes them perfect for the less than ideal position they will be mounted in. No need to angle tweeters etc. As an extreme example I was recently involved in setting up a 5.1 system with three B&W 802D at the front and Tannoy CMS12TDC's in a 13' ceiling for the rears (http://www.tannoy.com/CMS12TDC) more than a match for each other.
