Does F:\Musik\CD\Walter Becker - 11 Tracks Of Whack\Folder.jpg exist? Could you attach that file to this thread? After this scan, is the artwork view still only showing the "question mark" image for ALL albums? You could try a program like Tag & Rename to put the artwork into the tags of each file. This would get around the problems of the non-latin folder names, and possibly whatever else is not letting the Folder.jpg art show up.
