My setup when working in the garage: Laptop running Softsqueeze + some old powered speakers. I have to cover the laptop with a rag to keep sawdust from getting in the keys. I also like the Wireless speakers + PDA control idea mentioned above. Never thought of that. I might try it for my patio setup.
