I have both of them in my temporary apartment. The AE5s as my main system in the living room, the Aego M's are the besdroom system. In my opinion the AE5 deliver on the higher resolution musical experience - the Aego M's are great, but while they deliver on good and balanced (when bass is set to 1) sound, they don't deliver as much spacial resolution as the AE5s.
