As I said on a previous post, I have had this problem (playlist stops playing while player remains connected to the server and display continues to show current song--pressing play or next and playback resumes) since 6.5.1. See bug report http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=4569 which has been marked as resolved "worksforme". For each release since, the problem surfaced again and was cured by a rollback to firmware v.67.
