I haven't looked at the log. Please do a run with a real Squeezebox as there are issues about transcoding streams (e.g. aacplus) into MP3. I can't remember the details but if you are bit rate limiting - it won't work.
Bit rate limiting is intended for audio tracks and not streams. edit: Looked at the log - you have used the Linux conf files instead of the Windows conf files.
