Not sure if I can point anything out, but you -seem- to be saying that MusicIP -had- been working(?) Had you made any possibly-relevant changes since then? Upgrade from 7.0 to b17963, say... or something else? When I first setup MusicIP, I had to restart SC before the icons appeared. This probably won't help your situation, but it's easy enough to do, so possibly worth a try.
