Hi Shredder I assume you want to use Squeezecenter.
You can stream to any "streamable" device by connecting to the http://localhost:9000/stream.mp3 If you want softsqueeze or the stream to work at the office, you either need to set up a VPN or SSH tunnel. You can look around the forums for various solutions. I do it by setting up firewall rules on my home router.
