I had no success and tried: 1) upgrade via controller (standard procedure) 2) upgrade via SqueezeNetwork 3) upgrade via SD-Card (using jive_7.01_r2448.bin) For all who are not familar with upgrading via SD Card, check this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showpost.php?p=298129&postcount=12
My findings: 1, 2, 3 with same result: After downloading the upgrade; controller remains in checking "endless". With going back you get the message that there is an update available ... no sense to continue - tried that many times Think I have to wait until 7.1 is stable..?
