If the partitions are in the same physical drive you can use a utility like partitionmagic to repartion the drive into a single "primary-active" partition. Of course, if you have data on both partitions you would need to backup the data of the extended partition into an external drive before proceding. The other solution is to get a large USB 2.0 external drive and move your music library to that drive. Now-a-days the price of large capacity external drives have come down significantly. Heck you can get 500GB external drive for under $100... get two and make a duplicate for backup. Having your library on dedicated external drive also buys more flexibility. Btw. I'm assuming that you want a "single" music library in your SC server.
