different tool. this is closer, unfortunantly on citrix I'm using the 
presentation server not the Access Gateway Server, so the screens that 
this is telling me to use don't exist.

the other problem is that this is only setting it up for simple radius 
authentication (where the thing you are trying to login to sends the 
radius server your userid and password as one bundle), instead of the 
challenge/response authentication (nessasary for dealing with token 
authentication for example)
