I also have a couple of tripplite PDUMH15ATNET ATS boxes. Purchased for the same purpose as the OP. They seem to work, but their web interface is awful.
It's so badly designed, it's comical. It's all done with webforms, and pressing <return> in most of them maps to "shut everything down right now with no confirmation". Not to mention the bit where it's got frames designed to be larger than then their layout resulting in weird wrapping.
