A huge one for me is "Getting To Yes."
It doesn't tell you anything you don't already know.  It just helps you
remember it at the times when you need to remember it.  When there's some
problem you need to face, and you're down in the mud and not seeing clearly.
I keep a note sheet from Getting To Yes, and when I'm in that situation, I
try to look at the list and it always makes me more level headed and
productive.  If I remember to look.  ;-)
