David and Scott, On the partial read instances with Safari and other apps and reporting to Apple with troubleshooting, if you have sighted assistance available at the time of the problem, can you check whether some of these instances involve only partial highlighting of text? I *think* I've had instances where only part of selected text comes up highlighted, and even some instances where this will cut off mid-word.
