Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't both Microsoft and Apple have 
government contracts for certain pieces of software written for their 
computers, which are covered under Section 255 of the Rehabilitation 
Act of 1973, as amended in 1996?  Richie Gardenhire, Anchorage, Alaska.
