I haven't tried the newer versions of Fusion, so I can't speak for
any recent improvements, but it was my experience that Fusion was
more accessible with VO, but Parallels offered better performance
inside the Windows virtual machine. If you have sighted assistence
for the initial set up, or you need the best possible performance
from Windows, go with Parallels. If accessibility is more important
during the set up faze, go with Fusion.
