Hand Break

Hey guys and girls,

I have a project for my family and I wanted some advise. I have 3900  
DVD's and I need to rip and convert them to MP4. I was inquiring to  
see if Hand Break is VO compatible? I need to archive them for later.  
Also does Hand Break remove the copy protection?
