I'm assuming what you want to do is to compare Webkit versions
rendering pages?  Or is the application itself you want to compare?

Here's what you're probably looking for though:

The idea is to have a self-contained Safari using its own version of
Webkit, but if I remember correctly, they're going to be using the
same bookmarks and cookies and what have you, so if you have anything
particularly important you absolutely need, make sure to make a backup
of the Safari folder in the Library folder in your User folder (or
/Users/yourname/Library/Safari).
