I installed it through bootcamp, and then used the bootcamp partition as my virtual machine in fusion. You have to install vmware tools and things via windows and a screenreader. I guess you probably need to check ddisplay settings as well. I think I might have installed video support through the virtual machine and activated jaws through the vm as well. Just trying to remember what I did. Also might be worth noting that the jaws cursor is not the top right key on the numpad on an apple keyboard - it's the one below that, and the pc cursor is below that again. I think the top right key is either right or left mouse. Hope this helps.
