Hi,
Let me add to that.
In a few other conversations I had with Apple's Accessibility group
through Email, I learned something else.
The PDF file has been tagged so that windows users will be able to
navigate and read the manual. This is something we can use to let
those who are thinking of switching to Mac, read and learn some before
getting started. This file taging only applies to windows users and
not Mac users, because we don't need it.

I suppose everybody has had different experiences with [EMAIL PROTECTED]
. Personally, I have written to that address on at least eight
different occasions; each time I've received a response from them.
Some weren't as favorable as I would have liked, but at least, they
answered my queries and addressed my suggestions. Each of us has
had experiences with them, but I believe that Apple does take our
responses and implements them as best they can. I'm sure they get
hundreds and hundreds of inquiries and/or suggestions from which to
sift through. Perhaps I'm saying this as one who does work for an
Apple reseller, but even when I wasn't working for them, I've had
good experiences and good response from the tech support people at
Apple. But that's my own, personal experience. Richie Gardenhire,
