how do I use sharp keys?

hello can some one please tell me how to map keys with sharp keys?
I am using bootcamp and want to remap my windows key and alt key, and set 
the write alt key to be my applications key and set the write windows key as 
my alt key on the write side.
I can't figure out how to remap them using the sharp keys program
