I wonder how much it costs if you don't want a headset?  I wonder why they 
are uping the cost 100 dollars instead of giving you a choice as Ilisten 
did?  I wonder why it only works on intel macs?

Here's the relevant quote from apple which in no way implies that it works 
with VoiceOver.

"Apple's commitment to accessibility is evident throughout Mac OS X, 
including such ground-breaking features as VoiceOver, our built-in screen 
reader," said Ron Okamoto, Apple's vice president of Worldwide Developer 
Relations. "We're delighted that Mac OS X users now have access to advanced

VoiceOver."
