Hi Olivia.
I, too, started out with the Apple 2E. It was the first computer I
had experience with starting in first grade. I loved it and remember
a particular disk of games and applications I had fun with. I don't
remember what the disk was called, but text talker would come up and
say something like: Choose one of the following: 1. Talking Writer. 2.
typing game. 3 dragon maze. 4. space invaders. 5. music game. 6 voice
control. 7. exit. Do you or anyone else on this list for that
matter, remember that disk?
Well, just thought I share a fond memory. Chat soon!

Hi,
I just felt like posting this thought while we are on the topic of
the first apple computers.
Does anyone else remember the old apple 2E?
I had one during late elimentary school and learned to type on it.
It also had an adventure game and some other games which I played.
Oh how far we've come sinse my first computer!

Hi Dane.
Great podcast.
I also like to hear more about how Outspoken and the first
screenreaders works on the Mac computers.

Subject: Apples and Macbooks
Hi everyone!
Ok, its taken a while for Larry to put this up but my little piece on
Apple and Macbooks (along with a few additions) <smile> is up at
http://www.blindcooltech.com
if anyone would like to have a listen. This contribution may be of
particular interest to those who are thinking of purchasing a
Macbook,
and who may be interested in some of the computers that Apple is
responsible for.
Please take some time to have a look around the site, enjoy some of
the other contributions made (you'll see some familiar names there
I'm
sure) <smile> and perhaps you may consider subscribing to the Blind
Cool tech podcast in Itunes.
