I've never been able to fix the issue where a site insists on ie. I hope that is not what is happening here and that there is a fix.

I can do anything without a hitch up until let's say the final moment when I have moved money around and want to confirm it. I get a screen to do with certificates and an icon which says lock. I cannot go beyond that screen. I've tried to press ok on it, I have closed it which only threw me out of the secure site and I had to start it again. I just haven't got a clue what to do once this wretched screen appears. I'm sure it is a security device but I get no isntructions on the screen as to how to proceed. I've tried reloading the page but without success. Have you got any ideas/experiences/tips? With best wishes Simon
