Your original post was on topic, you veered with your childish remarks down 
in the thread.  I made a public statement because this kind of thing 
inhibits the working of the list.  you persisted.  I tried to disentangle 
the thread and then for some unknown reason, someone else decided to banter 
about it.  From now on, if you have something to say about what I respond to 
in a public message about my response that you don't like, just drop me a 
note.

Moderator not withstanding this thread is now officially off topic and I 
will speak no more on list about it.

people speak out about it you think that it's off topic. Since I
started the thread and you don't officially moderate the list we
should keep the post going. I still haven't found a fix and your
contribution to it is worthless.
