Hi all,

To delete an account in Leopard:

• Make sure that you're not logged into the account you wish to delete.
• Go into system Preferences and choose Accounts.
• Interact With the Accounts and Login Options List
• Navigate to the Other Accounts Table and Interact With it.
• Navigate to the account you wish to delete.

Now this is the tricky part. If you have cursors tracking each other, then simply press VO-shift-space to properly select that account. Or, if cursors are not tracking each other, bring the mouse to the VO cursor by pressing VO-cmd-f5 then press VO-shift-space to select. This VO-shift-space actually clicks the mouse on the account and thus the selection is made properly.

• Now you can Stop Interacting with the Table and then Stop Interacting with the List.
• Navigate to the Delete Acount button now and it will be active.

There will be a dialog that appears asking if you wish to delete the account immediately or leave the contents of the user's Home directory. It explains things quite well within the dialog so you can know which choice to make.

That should do it. No sighted assistance required.

Later...
