I don't know what frames are and what they do but I was able to click
on links and navigate by doing the following. Once the site loaded I
pressed tab in order to get focus on the first link and then I was
able to vo right through the rest of the page. Once I got to a link I
just did the standard vo spacebar to open the linked page. BTW I was
using dom navigation.
