want ot stop selecting, press vo keys-return again and then you can use

Subject: Selecting Text in Mail

Hey all,
Is there a way to select text in mail? I have been just selecting all,
and pasting the contents of the message in to Text Edit, then
selecting the needed text that way. But there must be an easier way
that I'm not thinking of.

Thanks for your help,
Chelsea
