I have a MacBook Pro and what I did is use the desktop layout but, I
went in jaws conf manager, loaded the default file (because the option
only appears for this one). I checked the box that says Èinsert
mode. This removes the need for chording the insert key when invoking
JAWS functions.. In other words, say you wanted to hear the
application title, youèd press insert, release it, then press T. So
in your situation (and everybodyès) it beomes much easier to live...
Back to our example, to get the title of the current windows, I press
'function" M, then t,
