not anyone can do this.  it takes a fair amount of skill.

In Windows:

Windows key+r then type the Web address.

On the Mac:
Ctrl-F3 (to open the dock), then type safari and press return. CMD-L,
then type the Web address and press return. (If this does work on the
Mac--I haven't tried it--surely anyone can do this eyes-free?)
