I was just being silly when I wrote that. I was just dealing with my own shock and surprise at the lawsuit. Laughing and joking is a coping strategy people use sometimes to deal with unpleasant emotions, like shock.
I agree with your comments. No point in having companies that supply accessible technology dragging each other down.
