-Actually, with all due respect, them getting to it first so to
speak does make it theirs'!
-Obviously it's a bit more technical than this, but they're
certainly within their rights to sue if they feel their copyrights
have been infringed upon.
NOw, I'm not going to embark on a litany of my own thoughts and
