iTunes radio streams question

Does some way exist to save a working bookmark to a playing radio stream 
once iTunes has it playing?  This way for favorite stations you'd no 
longer need to hunt down all of the available categories and radio streams 
iTunes has to offer each time you wanted to listen to a favorite station.
