I'd lay money on it that somewhere on some mailing list for deaf
people, there's someone saying "hey, the blind get this and that, what
about us?".  I don't know enough about deafness, i'm sure there's
chalenges that wouldn't occur to me, but I wouldn't mind betting that
there's just as many areas where they get shortchanged.  At the end of
the day money is what makes the world go round for a company, and
since we as a market don't generate a huge amount of it or have a huge
amount of it to throw at developers, being somewhere on the list of
priorities and working our way up is as good as it gets.  Apple seem
to be becoming consistent in showing that they've every intention to
have us on a level playing field, which is better than a lot of
situations we find ourselves in.  Of course it takes time, but being
negative during that time isn't gonna help anybody.
