Ok firstly you haven't told us what kind of phone you have meaning brand
model etc.
I've also been looking for a skype phone for my mac and the other thing i
would suggest is have you gone to the phone's manufacturer website and
obtained the latest drivers and or firmware if available?
I'd be happy to assist you so if you could provide more details as to what's
not working if there are any errors etc.
Did you have to install any special software so the phone can work with
skype?

Ok. I'm getting very confused and annoyed here. I'm trying to use my
