Thing is, if you turn that off you won't be able to command+tab to
other Mac apps, and is one of the reasons why things like intert+F11
don't work.

Yes there is but it seems to have no affect on voice-over.

Subject: Re: Voice-over commands active in a windows VM session with
Fusion.
Isn't there a option setting in the prefs to ignore apple keyboard
commands while focused in the VM?
At least there was in the older VMWare.

Not a great fix, but try pressing ctrl-option-tab before you press
your Windows hot key. That generally works for me.

Hi All,
Those of you running a windows VM in VMWare fusion, have you
noticed that
the alt+control keys used with any other key doesn't work unless it
is a
voice-over command? Of course this means no alt+control based
hotkeys are
available in the windows VM because it seems voice-over is still
active and
therefore thinks you are wanting to do a voice-over command when
you do
alt+control with a key (option+control).
If you are experiencing this and you have fixed the problem, I'd
appreciate
hearing how you managed to fix it. Thanks in advance,
