Hi, not sure exactly what you're wanting here, I assume you're wanting
to know how to switch to that Infovox IVox voice in Voiceover. To do
this, go into voiceover utility with control option f8, go down to
speech in the catagories, and you can set the default voice to Rosa in
there. So change the setting for the default voice, by going to the
popup button, hitting VO space on it, hitting R in the case of that
voice, and VO space again, then command Q to quit VO utility. If
you're wanting to know how to launch VoiceOver, command f5 will do that.
