Hi Erik.
If I remember correctly, you can just change the extension from .dmg
to .iso by renaming the file. If it doesn't work, you can convert the
dmg file in disc utility to the file extension called cd-dvd master
which is a file extension I don't remember, and then rename the file
to an .iso file. That's how I did it then I needed to convert a dmg
file. I don't remember if you can rename the .dmg extension to .iso,
or if you have to convert it to cd-dvd master first using disc utility.
Please let me know if it doesn't work. Then I'll see if I can find the
forum where I found the guide which explain how to do it.
