Hi MIke, on his site at http://icanworkthisthing.com, Keith reedy has manuals for various amateur radios, . Not sure which one you have, but you might want to check his site, to see if there's one up there for the radio you have.

Hi All:

  I finally found a PDF copy of my Amateur Radio Transceiver's
Instruction Manual.
However, when I open it in Preview, all VO announces are blank pages.
I do have enough vision to see that there is text and diagrams
presented on the screen.
Could it be that OCR wasn't used to initially scan the document? Other
Manufacturers Manuals present no problem what so ever.
