Hi Simon,

I answered Everett a bit earlier with a pointer to Scott Bresnahan's post about this last fall:

http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg43525.html

That post gives a few more details about what options appear, but the key point is to double click on the dividers as Everett says. Then you'll suddenly get information that you can set.

Cheers,

Esther

Simon,

Interact with the scroll area and double click on the divider between the unknowns.

Dear Listers,

I have just done research in the macvisionaries archive, and I can see that Josh did have the same problem in 2007. I can't however find any answers to his questions which I'm gonna repeat below. Please bear with me.

I'm trying to partition my external 150 gb drive into 3 paritions, one of them suitable for Windows XP. I can see the buttons where I can specify the number of partitions. I can't however set the volume criteria nor can I give names to my various volumes or specify further criteria for them. there's a scroll area which I can interact with but I get unknowns there with which I cannot further interact.

Can anyone give me some advice? Can it be done with Voiceover? Can names be assigned to volumes so that I know which one is which?

Thanks for any ideas/clues.

With best wishes

Simon
