In MSWord replacing the word "hamlet" with the word "macbeth" would replace the word with the same level of capitalisation throughout the document.
e.g. hamlet -> macbeth Hamlet -> Macbeth HAMLET -> MACBETH
In OO.o1.1.4 I'd have to match case and find all instances of each capitalisation for effective replacement.
