Daniel. I thought sun owned the name OpenOffice.Org? Am I wrong? It is one of their trademarks as far as I knew. Perhaps Shimenov should be asking SUN directly for permission... Just to be on the safe side.
I'm pretty confident that Sun does not own the name OpenOffice.org. I know for fact that a few months ago no one did. There was talk in the council about it, but I don't rember the resolution, so I hesitate.
But regardless... /if/ the name is owned, it would be only in Germany (not even the US). So Bulgaria is still ok.
