This hits one of the weak points of MSO: everyone knows how to use
it. But many people only know how to use very limited parts of the
software. 

I think people can increase their productivity with a decent MSO
training. So give them a decent OOo training and you have two
advantages in one go: increased productivity _and_ a FLOSS office
tool.
