What they are doing here is fully proper. They plainly state that the
software is free of cost, the charges are for the CD media, labor costs
and shipping. Also they do not obscure the name of OpenOffice.org in
any way but plainly state what you are getting. This type of
distribution is what OOo marketing approves of. If you don't have a
high speed Internet connection, this is often the only way to get OOo.
